Jesus says;
"… I am going to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will surely come back again and get you so you will always be with me where I am."
from John 11:2b-3
The Lord Jesus told us what He would be doing while He is away from us physically. And then He told us He is coming back to get us so we can live with Him forever. While we wait for Him physically, He’s given us the Holy Spirit. He’s not here physically, but the Holy Spirit is here with us, guiding us, protecting us, covering us, sealing us, loving us, providing for us…this list could go on for days.
We are never alone. You are never alone. He cannot lie, and never did lie. Jesus’ first coming accomplished so much. All the prophecies, He completed them. All that was needed for salvation, He did it all. You know in your heart and soul that He told the truth and IS the Truth, and therefore He is Surely coming back.
It’s been so long. Our hearts long for Him to come and get us.
It won’t be much longer now.
